ICIMOD BOOKS-ONLINE provides direct access to all ICIMOD technical and scientific publications. It holds full-text and chapter-wise download options (pdf format) for publications published from 2000 onwards and some selected earlier publications (scanned documents), and table of contents download and pdf request options for earlier publications. There is a link for ordering hard copies (or photocopies if out-of-stock). ICIMOD BOOKS-ONLINE can be searched using full-text contents, title, year of publication, keywords, language, author and broad subjects.
SearchTips If you are looking for a specific book, use 'advanced search options'. Combine multiple entries (title, year of publication, and so on) to make the results more precise. The search format is 'AND', only results showing all the selected entries will be shown. If you are looking for any publication on a certain topic, use full-text search. Enter as many words as you need to define the topic, only entries including all words anywhere in the book (title, text, front matter) will be displayed. Note that most older publications will be restricted to title and table of contents searching (as pdf files are either not included, or are prepared from scanned documents).
